Work Content
1. Independently responsible for the department's product operations, including but not limited to: gathering and organizing departmental product requirements, liaising with the product manager, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch;
2. Establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational objectives and current product status; promote and optimize operational plans according to business development needs; and implement online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets;
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on the current operational situation, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills, a sense of responsibility, strong resilience, and the ability to independently complete projects;
2. Possess insight, independent analytical skills, and strong learning and innovation abilities, as well as excellent communication skills;
3. Passionate about product operations, innovation, and solving challenging problems;
4. Able to create PRDs and prototypes; experience in banking or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, or the online earning industry is preferred;
5. Possess resilience, strong execution, and learning abilities.
